1 week, 2 classes

9 05 2007

I finished my last speech for my COMS 103 last night and felt relieved since I knocked out 2 classes this week. I think I have an A- on my RLS 100 but I’m not too sure about COMS 103 on his grading criteria. I’m hoping for a grade between B+ or A-. I’ve improved a lot on my speech and hopefully that will be a basis for my grade being higher but you never know. All I know is I did my best and have improved over time. If I do well on MIS 150 finals, hopefully I will be on the Dean’s Honor List again, which is a possibility at this point…that however will depend on my final grade on those 2 remaining classes.

This week has been pretty hectic due to the speech and the things that are due such as group project for MIS 150, as well as individual assignment (normalization). I also have an interview in Stockton this Friday at 9:15 a.m., so I also need to prepare for that. Next week will be a presentation for MIS 160 (Wednesday) and an exam for MIS 150 the following day (Thursday). It is going to be an intense weekend since I’m trying to finish up the report by Monday since it will be due on the same day as presentation.

Since summer is around the corner, I’m actually kinda worried on what I need to do since the semester has been busy. I don’t like to relax (not at this point anyways) since it can be hard sometimes to get back into ‘active’ mode once I get too relaxed. So I will probably be doing a lot of websites work, work on getting a real estate license if possible…and do a lot of house work such as clean up the backyard and painting the house, etc. I actually don’t like the idea of cleaning the house but it has been a while, and if I want to sell it, I will have to do some major work. I’ve been proactive when it comes to my career and school the past 5-6 years and I don’t see myself relaxing or taking vacations soon, but I will try just so I can get my mind off things.
